Content Administrator – Correct & Searchable

As a content administrator, my focus is to keep the content up-to-date, correct and search-friendly. I manage user roles, categories and updates in the CMS system. And stores, shares and organizes digital files such as images, video, audio and documents in a DAM system. I also have experience with product-related information (PIM) storage system, and may assist with the management of product reviews, article numbers, images, keywords and metadata.

The need for digital content such as images, video, documents and multimedia has increased, partly due to the ongoing digital transformation. When a lot of content is to be shared on many internal and external platforms, content management becomes important to handle: Content structure, audits, approvals, version management, copyrights, search, archiving, software updates, backups, etc.

As a content administrator, I work to keep the content up-to-date, correct and search-friendly. I manage user roles and content in the CMS system. And handles comments, technical SEO and updates. It is also important to have an audit system to assists in the work of keeping the content up-to-date, correct and search-friendly. For my projects I use WordPress. But I have also used other systems, and quickly become familiar with similar solutions.

My role as a content administrator includes to organize the content so users quickly may find what they are searching for. The task also involves organizing original files and sharing different versions of images, video, audio and documents. Version management, approval, copyrights and search-related meta tags are something a DAM system can assist with.

I also have experience with management systems aimed at product related information, and may assist with the management and updating of: Product Reviews, Product Codes and Names, Supplier Reviews, Product Images, Keywords and other Metadata.
